changing photos on template Hi!

On our site, we have 2 photos on our template that of course are the same on every page. ugh!!!

I would first like to be able to change these photos. Can't figure out how to do this:(

2. I would really like to be able to have the photo on the right to have maybe 4-5 photos randomly rotate . flash?

is it possible to have 1 set of photos randomly rotate out on one page and then have another set of photos randomly rotate out on another page?
