User agreement template for Joomla Author Submissions

I am looking for a basic user agreement template that states that all information that authors publish (articles, blogs, comments, forum posts etc) on my website is theirs and won't be edited.

The website has the right to accept or reject at will authors submissions.

The opinions of the authors are their's and not the website. Also, it need to contain some rules of conduct concerning the submissions.

There must be a simple template somewhere that I can modify Community builder and JCE has been installed and I am working with both extensions.
