This site has been live for awhile and I need to get the SEF URL's working. Everything seems to be fine, except there's some inconsistent behavior on the main menu.

Some Parent menu items are not showing their children. The odd part is that the other Parents are.

I'm guessing that perhaps I need to wait longer to let the change migrate down but the behavior seems rather odd. It's hosted on GoDaddy and is at the root directory. I have all three radio buttons in global set to yes.

I have the htaccess file renamed and have commented out "# Options +FollowSymLinks" since it was recommended numerous times on the Joomla forum to deal with GoDaddys lag time.

I also posted a question on RocketTheme Forum thinking originally that it was perhaps a template issue.

Since it is inconsistent I see nothing in the module to adjust or the menu items. I've purged the Joomla site cache. I need this functioning before Monday since it is a live site. All help appreciated!
