My ability to format article content with paragraphs and font color, etc., is suddenly gone.

We used to be able to handle the content, but now if we attempt edits, we cannot apply any styles. It always reverts.

Neither the WYSIWYG nor the HTML editor works.

Are we missing some overriding filter that somehow engaged?

Issue is with the article text, such as toward the bottom left of the home page (which once was in multiple paragraphs and in an orange font).
