Looking to redirect error 403 to an article Have menu option visible to public but only registered users can access. I want to keep visible to public.

If a non-registered user clicks the menu item, it defaults to an error page (403 not authorized). I want a register article to display that includes instructions on registering.

How is this accomplished?
