Can't Find .JPA File During Joomlapack Backup

Searching for file to transfer I don't understand the step 6 procedure in the tutorial at: http://www.ostraining.com/newsletters/joomla/how-to-move-a-jomla-site-from-local-to-live-server/

I've been searching for a .jpa file that looks like: localhost joomla_root/administrator/components/com_joomlapack/backup in my Wamp/local browser in Smart FTP, but can't seem to locate it to upload.

Upon searching the hard drive for .jpa files I found one called datarestore.jpa, but am not sure that's what I'm looking for, and can't find it in the FTP client anyway. The Joomlapack backup was successful.
