Joomla White screen of death on IE 8

The white screen of death is showing on IE 8. On MAc Fiefox and MAC Safari it is fine.

JDatabaseMySQL::query: 1146 - Table 'cmsj-pdwebcreat.jos_avreloaded_tags' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT * FROM jos_avreloaded_tags

I did checked the debug from the joomla admin and I got the previous message. I removed all module and plugin related to avreloaded, did another test and it came fine... I mean, white screen on PC with no error message. Installed the latest Video reloaded, did a test again and the same. - uncheck debug

Upgraded the system from 1.5.14 to 1.5.15

I uncheck the debug system from the Cpanel... the same

I send a message to the hosting company for some help and... nada

Do you have any suggestion? Do you think it is a template issue?

Any help would well appreciated... it is looking bad when a potential client send you an email and say ... there is nothing!
