Server Offline Hi
I joined the Beginners lessons yesterday. I have followed to instructions to install WAMP followed by installing Joomla.

I'm having a problem with WAMP. When I click on the tray icon and start services - how can I tell if the services have started? In fact when I hover the mouse on the icon it says Server Offline.

Also if I try using the desktop icon - I get a UAC warning message. I give permission but nothing happens.

A little help please.
