Mailing lists (listserv?)

Hello!

Is there a joomla component/extension that will allow me to create mailing lists?

My organization is taking over responsibility for these. The other folks were using the standard Mailman software but I was wondering if there is a more Joomlified approach (as opposed to learning this mailman thing). 8-)
