I recently installed the JCE editor on a new web site. From my office, everything works fine but from my customer's location the edit functions don't work and html is displayed instead of the content text.

From their location all my other sites work fine. From any other location their site works fine.

The setup appears to be correct. I've been chasing this for awhile now and checking other forums.
