Email Response Form performs file download after submitting

I am in need of a module that will allow me to collect information from visitors in a form...form gets submitted to us via email (usual form action) but need it to also DOWNLOAD a file to visitor after submitting.

i.e...visitor signing up before being able to download our latest song.....

What type of extension would I need for this?
