Editing Joomla Logo Saved from Paint as .PNG

Hi,

My logo is saved in Paint. PNG.

I am doing the following steps and have successfully eliminated the Joomla Logo but can't seem to post my logo.

Extensions/Template Manager/rhuk_milkyway/Edit/Edit CSS/(template.css is the only one that is unwritable.)

Edit/Section labeled div#logo/replaced nw_joomla_logo.png with my logo file.PNG/Save/Close.
