JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Unable to write entry

Hi!
This is what I am getting when I am trying to upload com_jce_157.zip
I checked all permissions folders and they are ok! The temporary link in progress is http://www.mathsmartacademy.com/joomla/ - it is joomla 1.5.14
All the different uploads I tried for this project ended in the temp folder.

What I am missing?
