I am trying to add a web link to an article and the link feature won't work in the toolbar even after I have successfully uploaded JCE. Do I have to click the install button also in the JCE area? I selected the editor in my user area, saved and applied it.

Also, there is a new extension for copying live sites to localhost, know anything about that?
