My site was up, running fine, I took a few days off, and went back in today and the home page comes up fine, but as soon as you hit a button, the whole thing goes white with blue clickable choices. In essence all the "Joomla of it" was gone!

I went back and took out the last few things I had done, those being search engine frendly URL on as 'yes', and suffix to URL on as 'yes'. I turned those back to no and the page appears fine. Which one is the culprit? And why?

I also noticed as I looked around that the various paths along the bottom of my page that the paths go to
www.notyourmamasgems.com/index.php/......whatever
Should that index.php be in there? IF NOT, WHERE DO I CHANGE IT?
