When I pull up my site, which is not yet public, as I am currently tweeking beforehand, there seems to be a shift in the layout alignment.

Example:

I have been working under Internet explorer which looks exactly how I thought my site was showing up, however, it seems that when I go to all other browsers to view, its off, like firefox ect.

Can you reccommend how to fix the shift in my right hand ad column and centering of search bar and tabs.
