I was testing my site and clicked on the logo. It is supposed to take you back to the home page. Since I clicked on it, all of the links has the offenderservices.com portion of the url duplicating.

for example:

http://offenderservices.com/offenderservices.com/about-us.html
Any ideas on what could have caused this and how to fix it?
