I hired a designer to do my site, he loaded it onto my host. I've made changes, loaded product, etc. and am close to being ready to turn it on. Question is, how do you do that? In global config, I have it set to:

1) offline (no)
But if I enter the URL www.notyourmamasgems.com I get a coming soon window I put in when I first bought the domain.

it only works with www.notyourmamasgems.com/index.php
