KB927917 - TinyMCE error

I took the May 18th class. Thru the GoDaddysite I installed Joomla (latest version). Also, I installed the Mediaplate template from Shape5.com. Everything was going OK (in the very beginning) until I started to get this error code: KB927917 due to Tiny MCE child not accessible. At first, the error was benign, but now, I cannot create or edit some modules. I searched the shape5 and the web and did not find anything that I could relate to. JCE is already install and turned on thru the Mediaplate template. I turned off the JSecure, and confirmed the secure access for myself...still locked-out and receiving error code.
