I'm seeing lots of questions about this in the Joomla forums, but no current answers.

Today while I was building the site, suddenly ALL my module dialog boxes (and only module dialog boxes) show the error above. Everything is working. I can't think of anything I did that would have triggered it.

Any thoughts?
