I have a question related to transferring one site from one domain name to another. Both are on my server, different domain names. My questions are about the database. Do I create another database in phpMyAdmin with the same name as the original site. Once done, how do I upload the database? I am not sure if I have to put everything into a local host file, and then somehow upload to the server.

Help is obviously needed, as I don't want to have to recreate the site from scratch - when I can obviously copy it, if I knew how exactly.
