Installing MAMP on OS X

I've just followed the installation procedures for Mac OS X and downloaded MAMP via the link provided. I now have a folder on my desktop called "MAMP_src" with 34 files sitting inside and no obvious installer. Where do these go? or how are they installed? Am I to simply add this MAMP_src folder to the Applications folder? Not really obvious from the instructions.
