How do you tell what pingbacks are good and which are bad?

Or does it even make a difference?

Right now to maintain several WordPress sites i am using Intense Debate. Mostly because of the options of being able to login and manage comments on multiple sites.

One of my sites is showing 75 pingbacks in Intense Debate.

How do you sort them best on which ones to add or which ones to deny?
