I have a client who's interested in 1cart https://www.1cart.com/ as a shopping cart/payment gateway solution.
I've never heard of them before and I'm kind of skeptical about that.
It also seems I cant check out their pricing until I sign up for the trial period. I'm very skeptical about that. I tried the "there's no pricing, and therefore it looks kind of fishy" line on the client, but to no avail. Apparently she's part of some group where several members use and love this product dearly. [sigh]

I'm curious about a few things:
1. Have you ever heard of them?
2. If so, what do you know?
3. Do you know of a way to incorporate this system into Joomla?


This client doesn't have a lot in the way of products, just a few coaching services. Probably between six and twelve services. I'm guessing from her tone she's looking for a better solution than making up a dozen Paypal buttons, but nothing extremely elaborate either. Do you know of any solution that might fit this type of need well?

P.S. I've heard that Joomla Training may be starting soon, is there any chance the class will cover shopping cart solutions?
