Is there any existing Joomla Benchmark? For example: Default install with sample data and milkyway template; first page should load in x time, and reloads with no browser cache should reload in y time, etc.?

I'd like to have a way to benchmark my server against other servers, and the bottom line seems to be Joomla performance.
