Joomla Site Slow With Ioncube Errors?

I'm working on my site The site is incredibly slow, and I'm trying to figure out why. The error logs on Bluehost show:

There are no extensions currently installed that require ioncube, and I don't believe there ever were. Could this be a reason for the site loading slowly? It seems unlikely.

What are other options? - I tried clearing cache, disabling and enabling cache plugin, turning on cache in global config, Also, Joomfish is on the site - not sure if that makes a difference in terms of speed.
