I moved the site from localhost to my hosting provider using Akeeba backup and the kickstart script and instruction from this site. It was not plain sailing because the hosting provider had non-writable directories. Also, anything changed to 777 is automatically denied execute permission. Eventually, it successfully completed but the site is a mess.

If I view it at http://www.happyweight.com/ many of the menu items don't work with component not present messages for example, URL http://www.happyweight.com/index.php/workshops/introductory-workshop.html

I thought it might be a menu problem so I went in and applied the menus but still it doesn't work. Has anyone any ideas?
