Hi. I have received a request to add a page that will ask the user to verify that they are over 18 before viewing an image (it's a kind of racy album cover and they just want to have a warning on it).

I'm planning to make two articles - one with the original image and one with a censored image.

If they verify they are over 18, they can see the original, and if not, they see the censored.

But I'm not sure how to add in the radio button or checkbox that will get the consent and then make it show one page or the other, based on what they check. I see lots of form extensions but I'm not sure if that is going to do it, or if I need to be looking into a cgi or javascript wrapper.
