| Community Builder Image Upload Error |
|
Hello again, I am having a problem uploading images to my Community Builder. I started down this road the other day, and was interrupted with a database issue. That turned out to be a minor server hiccup. Bluehost attributed it to me checking my databases at the exact moment they were flushing the cache. I've never heard of that before, but my databases were back, intact, and without any further issues. So... I guess it must be so. Since then I've been able to resolve all of my problems except for this one. I have a feeling that it's a permissions issue. I'm running RS Firewall and may have inadvertently upset my permissions. When I check in system info -> directory permissions, everything is showing as writable. I can also upload from the media manager (to all directories and subs) with no troubles as well. I'm not sure if I'm missing something, or not. all of the 'root/components/comprofiler/images' directories are set to 755. I have the 'root/images', 'root/images/comprofiler', and the two sub-directories below them set at 777. I tried them at 755, but had no luck there. Is there some other place I should be checking? I have posted on the Joomlapolis board, and I'm waiting on their reply, but I really need to get this issue resolved. Thanks
