I hope you can help me with this one.

I have a template where I want to use a module visually formatted like the "latest news" module BUT I don't want the module to show "latest news". Instead I want the links displayed to link to anchors in articles of my choice. (for ex. to an anchor named "our policy" in an article called "our services" etc.

Do I need a special module? if so, whiich one and how do I copy the styling as the "latest news" module?
