Hi,

I've a client who wants to have a module where they can upload banner images (say three or four of a standard size - 200px square), which link to other internal pages. They would also want to control the order of these banners and also change the images form time to time (but the internal links would stay the same - just a different link image).

The standard install banner component and module would probably do it from what i can see. i could set up the module and the banners in one category and client and then all they would need to do is upload new images to the banners folder and relink in the various "pre-setup" banners as and when they wanted to change them.

If i was to do this how would i determine what the internal url is? JCE allows you to select it through there... would that be an idea- find out what the internal link is to somewhere then copy and paste it?

I might have just answered my own question but it all seems a bit messy and wondered if there's a better solution anyone could suggest.... im kind of on the look out for an extension that gives you a field to select the image you want and a field to select the intenal url. then maybe an order selection option???

does it exist or am i on the right lines with my first idea?
