This is very strange, Steve. An email campaign was sent out with a link to view a video on our site seems that half the people who receive the email cannot access the video by the link, and half can.

This phenomena is not particular to pc/mac or browser. It is happening seemingly at random.

On my computers, on all the computers in our house, the link works. But not so on others. They get a white page, instead.

Any thoughts on how this issue can be remedied? Your help is much appreciated.
