A site I run was in the process of being hacked. I was able to stop the attack but the user for the db was deleted. The db is still intact. I was able to eport it and compare file size to a dev site that is a couple months old.

I access the db through phpmyadmin. the site via cpanel and ftp + have whm root access & control.

I have tried adding a new db user and updating the configuration.php file. Still not able to load the site.

How can I recover my site?
