I'm making a "contact us" page. I've used Qcontacts (thanks Steve!) but it's still not quite flexible enough.

I'd like to create my own page in order to have full control on how it looks. However, I'd love to have a "contact us" input form which gets filled out by the visitor and emailed to the administrator (as seen in Qcontacts for example).

What is the simplest way to do this?
