Target file already exists Message with Joomla template

I'm trying to open the html in my hosted site on Bluehost.

I go into www\template\JSeducation\index.php but box opens that says "Target file already exists" and select an action. Overwrite is already selected. When I click ok it just closes the box. What should I be doing?



Trying to open Html in newly hosted site.
