I am looking for a way to keep a clients contacts organized and manageable. First, he has a list of customers and their info,(email, name, address) and he would like to be able to load and sort them by different qualities,(zip code, city, etc.) He would also like to ability to add more, possibly up to 2,000 entries, and be able to work with them once they are loaded.

By work with them I mean, be able to sort them somehow(name, city, etc.) then either be able to send an email to the narrowed down results, or copy/print the results, make labels etc. These clients would not need to be a member of the site, they are just being stored as real estate contacts, so I don't need log-ins or anything for them.

The only thing I've seen or heard that has some of these capabilities is Sobi2. Do you think that could pull this off?
