I created a set of nifty Joomla templates on a home PC. I want to take everything I create on this PC and move it onto a new PC I have where I am going to Install Joomla. How do I do this? I do not just replace the Joomla directories on the PC where I hope to move the templates, etc, do I? I tried something like that before and ended up totally hosing Joomla....
