hi!

i'm intending to build my Joomla! site on my PC and then upload it to my host server. on the Joomla installation "Pre-installation Check" screen, there are some "Recommended Settings" values that different from what's recommended. will i somehow (how?) have to change these values to their recommended settings before uploading to the host server?
