Missing Icons at bottom of JCE Editor

In Lesson 22 I installed the latest JCE editor... but unlike the demonstration, I don't have the 'pagebreak and readmore' buttons at the bottom of the article page... All I have is 'image and module'. Are they hidden? How can I restore them?
