How do you add javascript to Joomla articles?

Hi,
I have created third party applications using Caspio Bridge. They generate javascript that you copy and paste into your website source code. When I do this Joomla seems to strip away the javascript and renders the remaining html. At least that is my undereducated explanation. Lol. How do I get Joomla to leave my Javascript alone.
