VirtueMart Error: 3-2-13-P with Authorize.net

I solved one Error finally to end up with another.

Using Authorize.net with my Joomla!/VirtueMart install. Through the Admin the Payment Methods List > Credit Cards > AN configuration is straight forward. I have everything set, Authorize.net Login ID, Transaction Key. Had to modify ps_authorize.cfg.php to get past a Error: 3-1-103-P.

Seems like it should be a simple fix, but have not been able to find a solution.
