Hello Steve and everyone!

I have created a webpage (page.html) and dropped it into my site's root.
ie. www.abc.com/page.html.

I do this because I don't want this page to be navigated to within my J website, only when I give someone the url above. Of course this doesn't work because "Joomla gets in the way".

what is the preferred way to accomplish this?
