Working on the same form (http://activesolutionstherapy.com/referrals.html) but I have a new question.

They want a digital signature on the form, makes sense so I added what you see on the form. But I really don't think this meets the need at all. Outside of what I have added is there something more? I did a quick search in the extensions site and found
Digital Signature Plug-in (Smart Former Gold) but they have no reviews and it's not free and there's no demo and you have to buy the form tool also.

I didn't see a plugin for chrono and when I searched their forum didn't find anything of use to answer this question.
