Sometimes you feel so dumb. I had a site up with database on GoDaddy, under a file called Joomla. I thought reading through the tuts that you just move the files to the root directory, which I did. Now nothing works. I do have the back up of the database. I am unsure of the next step.

My thoughts now are to creat new site on local computer, somehow get the data base loaded then move it to root directory in GoDaddy. Is that how I should proceed?
