An extension on my site started doing something very strange just today and I'm not sure how to resolve it. The problem extension is Latest News Plus Date (LNPD) http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/news-display/latest-news/5434. I've been using it on my Home page for about 3 months with no problems until this morning.

On Thursday, I added Rokbox; a great!! extension - thank you!! Last night I included videos using Rokbox which are listed in Latest News Plus. I noticed when I edited an article on the Home page adding a link, I saw LNPD 'loose' the title icon (small gold button with cross in center left of title on first listing). It has been showing and disappearing all day. Then the title thumbnail disappeared (first listing), again randomly. I've checked in various browsers (Chrome, FF, IE, Safari; same results) Once the thumbnail disappears, the URL is completely changed to result in an error.

I mentioned Rokbox, as that is the most significant change this week. Otherwise I can't imagine the cause. It is very random - one time it's fine, the next it's not. Is there any way I can change a log file to see what is causing the conflict? I disabled it, but it didn't seem to make a difference, but could be in cache?? I disabled sermonspeaker since that was in the faulted path. No change.

I'm thinking I might uninstall (LNDP), reinstall to see it that solves it. I like the extension and would like to keep it if I can. Otherwise, I'm stumped! This is the very first time I've experienced any problem like this. I have no idea how to solve this. Welcome your advice. Thanks, Nancy
