SLIDESHOWPRO QUESTION - easy to use in Joomla?

I would like to add a nice looking slide show on my Joomla 1.5 site.

I really like the way Slide Show Pro looks - but I am confused about how the actual content is produced. If i use the Easy SSP module - how hard is it to create the actual slide show?

In reading the documentation, it sounds like I have to take the photos - create a flash movie - and then place in SSP?
