We have a fresh install of joomla on godaddy windows. When we attempt to edit/create any content we get the yellow triangle in the lower left that says "error on page".

The error says something like "error at line 25 while loading tinyMCE". The offending file seems to be index.php.

The only way we can edit content is by turning off the editor to "no editor".
