I have a site only a week old and Akeeba new install and I can't back it up. I keep getting:

• System-wide temporary directory in use
• Default output directory in use

I tried to change the tmp directory folder but not sure how. When I browse the directory there are different install #s. If I try to go up a directory it goes blank. When I hit "backup" in about 2 seconds it says it is done, but there is no backup.
