Hi; can anyone recommend the best extensions for the following:

• Security: to prevent site hacking
• Forms: I heard RSForms is the best, any alternatives?
• Import/Export: to manage content externally
• Backup: I tried Akeeba and it's flawless
• Article SlideShow: Is Frontpage Slideshow the only one?
• Social Media: I heard of JoomSocial at the local user meetup, but is there another less involved extension for simple sharing, twitter, facebook etc feeds and Posting to the sites
