Why would changes made to font selections and sizes in the JCE editor show up on the preview pane but not translate to my website, even after I save the changes, clear the cache, etc? It is a little maddening.

Also, formatting that works on the preview pane does not work on the webpage. Is there no way to preview the whole page (with template, article, modules) "offline" in Joomla?
